The Difficult Customer Content Template

If you have seen “Fawlty Tower” with John Cleese, you might have watched the episode where Mrs. Richards guested the hotel and complained about everything in the room.

She is the personification of a difficult customer.

How do you handle difficult customers in your niche, You don’t have to be selling something. Even giving stuff away sometimes attracts difficult customers.

This is how to use the Difficult Customer Content Template:

1: Think back for a moment on how you handled your latest or three latest difficult customers. How did they make you feel, Did you become angry, annoyed or amused, Or did you allow them to hurt your feelings, How well did you handle them, do you think,

2: Come up with a controversial, funny or in other ways intriguing headline.

3: Write an introduction to your article. What is your definition of a difficult customer,

4: Tell your story. What happened the last time (or the three last times) you encountered a difficult customer,

5: Give step-by-step guidance to handling demanding customers.

6: Summon up your article in the conclusion, and lead into your resource box, if you are writing for article syndication, traffic or back links.
