This could be good or bad, or parts of it could be better than how it is today.
By sharing your experience from years back with your readers, you establish yourself as an expert who has been in this business for a long time.

This is how to use the Back in My Days content Template:
1: Think of something that was different earlier on.
If you are writing articles, you might have experienced a time where you had to use a type writer. Do you remember how difficult it was to correct an error, if you had already finished the article, Oh, dear, oh, dear…
Or if you are a programmer, how was things 20 years ago,
Even in niches like dog training things were different earlier.
Find one or more things to base your article on.
2: Come up with an attention grabbing headline.
3: Write an introduction to your article. Talk about how things in your niche have changed – for the better and for the worse.
4: Come up with concrete examples. What made you go “back in MY days…” Tell your readers about how things were, and what they can learn from that today.
Having been forced to use an old-fashioned typewriter, for example, made you more careful while typing.
5: Encourage your readers to learn from your experience.
6: Summon up your article in the conclusion, and lead into your resource box, if you are writing for article syndication, traffic or back links.
