3: Write an introduction to your article. How much time can your reader save in the future by reading your article,
4: Make a list of the things you do automatically in your niche. It can be how to check and filter email. Or how to deliver purchased goods automatically. Or how to answer emails as fast and easy as possible.
Elaborate on each point, and tell your readers how it has helped your productivity. Help them save time by making the same automatic routines.
5: Summon up your article in the conclusion, and lead into your resource box, if you are writing for article syndication, traffic or back links.
