2: Create a headline which includes the thing you are afraid of.

3: Write an introduction. What is your biggest fear,

4: Elaborate on your biggest fear. How has it been holding you back, Is it something you really should be afraid of, or should you overcome this fear,

5: Come up with ideas to overcome your fear, or to make it less threatening in case there really is something to be frightened of.
